Outbound Shipping Warehouse Operator

Prepare outbound shipments in a warehouse production setting through scanning, staging, forklift operation, and disciplined safety practices.
This operator role supports finished-product movement from packaging through shipment preparation. Responsibilities include handling products, inspecting protection, labeling, scanning, staging, and loading shipments with production and shipping teams. Success requires physical capability, organization, communication, and reliable attention to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Label and scan finished products for outbound shipment
Stage products and racks for efficient loading
Move glass and finished products using forklifts
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Support additional production and shipping duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum six months of related industry experience
Valid forklift certification and preferred operating experience
Ability to lift 35–50 pounds throughout shifts
Strong detail orientation and product-quality commitment
Teamwork skills in a fast-paced production environment
