Learning Systems Design Specialist

Own Absorb LMS operations and learning design at GO Media, shaping engaging digital journeys for Gladwell Practice Solutions on site.
As Learning Systems and Design Specialist, you will manage the GPS learning backbone across programs, including SPP and future offerings. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to build digital learning grounded in learning principles. The role combines platform ownership, learner experience improvement, reporting, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage course setup, updates, enrollments, permissions, and workflows
Maintain LMS quality, structure, and learner usability
Build and optimize learning journeys and program pathways
Track engagement, progress, feedback, and improvement opportunities
Create dashboards and recommend program enhancements using insights
Requirements:
Three or more years in learning systems or related work
Strong LMS management experience; Absorb preferred
Experience developing and delivering digital learning programs
Confidence using feedback and basic reporting for improvement
Ability to work five days weekly on site
Bring LMS ownership, learning design, reporting, and cross-functional communication to GPS programs serving clinicians and teams.
