Business Analyst OLG Implementation

OLG implementation needs business analysis and quality assurance expertise to connect stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical resources across Ontario. Travel may be required.
As a Business Analyst, you will support Bally’s Intralot implementation activities from requirements discovery through production transition. The work includes stakeholder engagement, process mapping, solution validation, testing coordination, and implementation readiness. You will translate business needs into actionable functional requirements and help confirm delivered solutions meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and validate requirements with OLG stakeholders and business users
Document process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases from approved requirements
Coordinate testing, defect tracking, fixes, and customer acceptance activities
Support deployment planning and operational transition readiness
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years in business analysis, quality assurance, or related disciplines
Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing technology implementations
Experience with requirements management, testing, and User Acceptance Testing
Valid Canadian employment eligibility and required security screenings
