Enhance patient care as a Casual Medical Radiation Technologist with Clearpoint Health Network. Responsibilities include operating radiology equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures, especially fluoroscopy.
As an MRT, you will ensure that all radiological procedures are performed safely and effectively. Your role is essential in producing high-quality diagnostic images while managing patient care. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and following strict safety protocols throughout your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain the radiology equipment effectively
• Follow documented procedures for safe operation
• Ensure infection control and radiation protection practices
• Perform quality assurance activities based on standards
• Ensure proper filing and saving of all images
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited MRT diploma program
• Registered with CAMRT and ACMDTT
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Experience with fluoroscopy in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical analysis skills
