Ushering Team Supervisor at GCE

Oversee usher teams and elevate audience engagement as a Ushering Team Supervisor with GCE. This role requires a commitment to exceptional customer service and flexible working hours.
Reporting to the Box Office and FOH Manager, you'll supervise ushering staff during various events. Your role ensures that fans and patrons enjoy a welcoming atmosphere while receiving prompt responses to inquiries. Experience in customer service is necessary, alongside a focus on operational excellence and effective communication with team members and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage usher staff during events and set up processes
• Ensure safe working conditions and staff breaks
• Handle customer inquiries and issue resolution
• Collaborate with management to troubleshoot logistical issues
• Execute clerical work and file necessary records
Requirements:
• Must be able to undertake CPR and First Aid training
• Familiarity with emergency plans and venue policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 20 kilograms and remain on feet for long hours
• Bilingual skills (English/French) preferred
