Cattle Health Operations Coordinator

Coordinate cattle health operations in Southern Alberta through scheduling, producer service, and administrative support at TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods. Work across multiple locations supporting bovine practitioners and nutritionists.
As an Operations Support Manager, you will help improve herd health through data analysis and innovative solutions. Duties include managing calendars, phones, appointments, deliveries, client orders, inventory, invoicing, and communications between clinics. Critical thinking and relationship-building strengthen this work.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate busy calendars, meetings, and veterinarian appointments
Answer phones, forward calls, and record messages
Book emergency slaughters and coordinate clinic communications
Receive products, schedule couriers, and load orders
Maintain supplies, inventory, files, samples, and shipments
Requirements:
Administrative experience in an office environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proven issue analysis and proactive judgment
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Adaptability to diverse weather conditions
Bring organized coordination, critical thinking, and communication skills to cattle health services supporting producers and veterinary teams.
