Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track scheduling and budgeting for projects
• Assist project managers in coordinating tasks effectively
• Prepare documentation and executive presentations
• Facilitate communication between teams and external partners
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in project processes
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• At least 1 year of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to Mirabel three times a week
