Help meet residents’ daily care needs at Bayfield Manor Retirement Home, a Southbridge Care Homes community in Kemptville, Ontario. This casual vacancy includes direct resident support.
The Unregulated Care Provider delivers personal and nursing care according to care plans, legislation, policies, procedures, and work routines. You will communicate with residents, families, and staff while contributing independently and within a team. Care planning and documentation experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care addressing residents’ varied needs
Follow nursing care plans and applicable legislation
Document care using established care planning systems
Communicate positively with residents, families, and staff
Complete assignments in a timely fashion
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience with care planning documentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to understand verbal and written English instructions
Negative vulnerable sector check within six months
Two step TB Skin test within twelve months
