Assistant Store Manager Tsawwassen

Lead daily retail operations at Under Armour in Tsawwassen, using sales analysis and teammate coaching to support a customer-focused store.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager while driving sales, profitability, and other store objectives. You will recruit, coach, and retain teammates, analyze sales trends, and adjust payroll and schedules. The position also covers merchandising, loss prevention, omni-channel campaigns, and compliance with Under Armour policies.

Drive sales, profitability, and store business objectives

Analyze daily sales trends and make strategic decisions

Requirements:

At least 18 years old
High school degree or equivalent
One year of retail environment experience
Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
Availability for full-time hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
