Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned store department
Achieve or exceed departmental sales and profitability goals
Train associates in customer service, products, and merchandising
Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment
Maintain clean, safe, and operationally compliant departments
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
