As an Inventory Coordinator for GARDENWORKS, you'll be integral to our operational success. This position requires handling administrative tasks related to incoming shipments, managing documentation, and supporting backstock movements. Your attention to detail will be crucial for verifying deliveries and maintaining organization within the storage area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming shipments and adjust inventory in CounterPoint POS
• Verify deliveries against packing slips and flag discrepancies
• Keep receiving documentation organized for the accounting team
• Coordinate vendor returns and logistics for return-to-vendor
• Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented and able to manage discrepancies
• Reliable and capable of working under pressure
• Experience with inventory or POS systems
• Physically fit for lifting and standing tasks
• Flexible during high-volume seasonal periods
