This Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager while driving store performance and teammate development. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team while analyzing sales trends and managing schedules. The position also covers merchandising, loss prevention, omni-channel efforts, and policy reinforcement.

Drive sales, profitability, and store business objectives
Recruit, hire, coach, and retain teammates
Analyze daily sales trends for strategic decisions
Manage payroll and schedule adjustments
Direct merchandising and maintain Under Armour standards
Requirements:

At least 18 years old
High school degree or equivalent
One year of retail environment experience
Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring retail leadership, sales analysis, coaching, and merchandising skills to support Under Armour store performance and teammate growth.
