Business Analyst Operational Systems

Drive operational systems modernization remotely in British Columbia using Agile analysis, JIRA, integrations, and reporting expertise. Support a live platform guiding time-sensitive safety and service decisions.
This 12-month contract Business Analyst role supports remaining enhancements, user adoption, integrations, reporting, and older application retirement. You will define business needs for operations staff, delivery teams, vendors, and headquarters users. The work includes production-system support, process documentation, migration, testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria
Document current-state and future-state operational processes
Facilitate sessions with staff, delivery teams, and vendors
Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements
Support UAT, training materials, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
Three-plus years defining and documenting business needs
Three-plus years supporting Agile delivery and senior decision materials
Three-plus years working with leaders, developers, vendors, and users
Three-plus years supporting quality, UAT, and release readiness
Hands-on Agile and JIRA experience; enhanced screening required
