This Mortgage Specialist position focuses on growing mortgage business through existing and new referral relationships. Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant experience typically
Related post-secondary degree or equivalent combination
Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes
Expert knowledge of personal lending and relationship sales
In-depth influence, negotiation, and communication skills
Use mortgage lending knowledge and relationship-building skills to help BMO customers complete home financing applications successfully.
