Mobility Global seeks a Senior IGA Engineer with 6+ years in identity governance or IAM. The role centers on IdentityIQ applications, connectors, lifecycle events, certifications, roles, workflows, and BeanShell rules. You will support audit-ready access governance across the on-premises platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, operate, and maintain on-premises IdentityIQ
Run access certifications and remediate exceptions
Implement joiner-mover-leaver workflows and provisioning
Build RBAC and ABAC roles and entitlement models
Maintain patching, upgrades, performance, and connector reliability
Requirements:
6+ years in identity governance or IAM
Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience across core capabilities
On-premises installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning
Java, BeanShell, SQL, and connector configuration skills
Access certification, JML, RBAC, ABAC, and SoD knowledge
