The Sales Lead supports Managers and Sales Associates while taking pride in Pandora’s products, culture, and customer experiences. Success involves exceeding commercial targets, coaching colleagues, and fostering authentic connections with Pandora fans. The role requires at least two years of high-performance selling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Managers and Sales Associates with in-store success
Coach colleagues and provide real-time performance feedback
Guide teams toward individual and store KPI goals
Exceed commercial targets through authentic customer engagement
Foster lasting connections that create loyal Pandora fans
Requirements:
At least two years of high-performance selling experience
Careful written and verbal communication abilities
Confidence connecting with audiences at every organizational level
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
