Customer Account Maintenance Specialist

Maintain Robinhood customer accounts through document review, information updates, and careful troubleshooting in Denver or Westlake offices.
As an Account Servicing Associate, you will support customers at critical points of their Robinhood relationship. Your work includes reviewing applications, processing account maintenance, and addressing sophisticated account issues with internal partners. Strong communication and emotional intelligence support this customer-facing operational work.
Key Responsibilities:
Review new account applications for operational processing
Analyze customer-related documents for completeness
Update customer information and process account changes
Process levy notices and deactivate or reactivate accounts
Troubleshoot account issues with internal partners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong written, oral, and customer communication skills
Resourceful and adaptive approach to changing work
Ability to work independently as a self-starter
Ability to make appropriate independent decisions
Bring customer understanding, account maintenance expertise, and careful document analysis to Robinhood’s Account Operations team.
