At Lordco Auto Parts, the Automotive Parts Representative recommends aftermarket parts and accessories for customer needs. You will collaborate with fellow staff to source, order, and deliver the right solutions. The work also involves learning continuously, handling varied store duties, and managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recommend aftermarket parts and accessories to customers
Deliver friendly, enthusiastic service in person and by phone
Collaborate across store, regional, and organizational teams
Source and order appropriate automotive solutions
Build automotive knowledge through ongoing learning
Requirements:
Zero to four or more years of automotive or sales experience
Positive, customer-focused interpersonal communication skills
Strong-willed approach to learning automotive knowledge
Independent and collaborative approach to multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Use your sales experience, problem-solving ability, and automotive knowledge to support Lordco Auto Parts customers in Smithers.
