Welcome guests at JAG Hotel’s Wellness Centre in St. John’s, using customer service and booking skills in a guest-facing reception role. Support relaxing visits through friendly communication, payments, and organized service.
Steele Hotels seeks a Wellness Centre Receptionist for JAG Hotel. You will greet visitors, manage appointments, explain treatments and services, and respond to guest requests. The position also includes payment processing, supplies, housekeeping, and maintaining reception standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the Wellness Centre according to procedures
Book, change, and cancel appointments by phone or in person
Describe treatments, packages, services, facilities, and operating hours
Process cash, card, gift card, and mobile payments
Maintain clean, stocked, organized reception and wellness areas
Requirements:
Required customer service experience
Excellent communication, listening, and basic computer skills
Ability to work without direct supervision
Availability for shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand 80–100% and lift up to 25 pounds
Bring customer service, appointment booking, and payment-processing skills to the Wellness Centre team at JAG Hotel in St. John’s.
