Serve TD Canada Trust customers as a Personal Banking Associate in Saint-Léonard, working part time while providing banking advice and digital education.
This branch role supports customers with service transactions, banking solutions, problem resolution, and referrals to appropriate staff. You will understand financial needs, explain mobile, ATM, and online banking, and support frontline operations. The position requires strong communication, organization, judgement, and knowledge of banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete business processes and accurate regulatory documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma and one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong customer communication and organizational skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, and sound judgement to TD Canada Trust’s part-time Saint-Léonard branch team.
