Retail Assistant Store Manager

Lead daily retail operations as an Assistant Store Manager, using staff supervision and customer service skills across scheduled shifts.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support store operations, staff direction, customer satisfaction, product quality, maintenance, and compliance. The position includes supervising associates, coordinating information across departments, and supporting personnel management when requested. You will also help maintain established store standards and address customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and facilitate daily store operations
Oversee Store Manager responsibilities during absences
Direct, guide, and instruct store associates
Assist with staffing schedules when requested
Handle complaints and escalate concerns appropriately
Requirements:
Valid SellSafe Certification required
Three years of retail work experience required
Two years of retail supervisory experience required
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends
Support retail leadership through staff supervision, customer service, scheduling, and daily operational oversight in this management role.
