The Equipment Operator II (School Bus Driver) is responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from schools according to pre-planned routes and for school events where applicable. While operating the bus, the Operator is responsible for the supervision of students and reporting incidents/accidents/discipline matters to School Administrators and/or Management. The Operator will also maintain a record of duty status, perform daily and post-trip inspections, perform minor repairs, and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle. This position will be responsible for snow clearing and ice control. Other related duties as assigned.
