Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, train, and develop Merchandising Associates
Manage direct-report performance within the work team
Execute seasonal resets and one-off merchandising projects
Direct stocking, price changes, labeling, and displays
Set POP materials and signage to planogram
Requirements:
Retail merchandising or large-scale retail experience
One or more years supervisory or leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills using web-based applications
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and use ladders
