Part-Time Registered Veterinary Technician
Tantramar Veterinary Hospital
Support patient care and surgical assistance at Tantramar Veterinary Hospital in a permanent, part-time RVT position in Sackville, NB.
This Registered Veterinary Technician position offers approximately 30 hours weekly at a small hospital with one veterinarian, an RVT, and a CSR. Duties include restraint, laboratory samples, x-rays, records, and client communication. Experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care and safe restraint
Assist with surgical procedures
Collect and run laboratory samples
Take digital and dental x-rays
Maintain records and communicate with clients
Requirements:
Veterinary Technician diploma
Ability to take the VTNE, if not already completed
Registered Veterinary Technician qualification
Availability for approximately 30 hours weekly
Ability to complete cleaning duties
Bring veterinary technician training, patient care skills, and client support to Tantramar Veterinary Hospital in Sackville, New Brunswick.
