This coordinator manages the Ship Support queue and assists stores with order, picking, packing, and shipping issues. You will track fulfillment performance, investigate backlogs, and escalate larger fixes. The position also supports process improvements, store documentation, new tools, and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the Ship Support queue and resolve store issues
Follow orders from picking through shipping completion
Identify backlogs using daily network monitoring
Escalate fulfillment issues requiring broader solutions
Suggest process or tool changes from recurring problems
Requirements:

Related degree or equivalent experience
eCommerce, retail, store operations, fulfillment, or customer service experience
Ability to analyze data and determine corrective actions
Basic Excel proficiency; basic SQL is advantageous
Organization and composure when queues are full
