Bilingual Incident Reporting Operator

Allied Universal seeks a French-speaking Control Centre Bilingual Operator supporting a leading financial institution. You will assess risks, protect client assets, employees, and facilities, and manage priorities in a high-security environment. The role requires precise communication, attention to detail, and incident reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Intake and triage calls and emails from stakeholders
Operate communication consoles and associated equipment
Dispatch security, law enforcement, or vendor personnel
Monitor alarms, video, access control, and security systems
Collect information and create timely incident reports
Requirements:
Fluency in written and verbal English and French
Relevant university or college diploma
Two or more years of work-related experience
Call, dispatch, or emergency response centre experience
Microsoft Office and multiple security software proficiency
