BrokerLink seeks a Commercial Insurance Advisor for its Commercial IBU Service team. You will build trusted client relationships, assess insurance needs, recommend solutions, and simplify coverage for small business customers. The position handles inbound calls, policy sales, renewals, and service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line commercial insurance sales and customer service
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Sell new policies to existing and new clients
Process applications, certificates, changes, and renewals
Coordinate documentation with Sales, Underwriters, and Adjusters
Requirements:
Alberta General Insurance Agent Licence Level 1 required
Strong customer service, sales, or call center experience
Preference for property and casualty insurance experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and resolve conflicts
Use insurance advice, relationship-building, and sales skills to support BrokerLink’s commercial clients in Whitecourt.
