This Service Advisor position serves customers seeking protection for homes, travel, and safe driving throughout British Columbia. You will promote BCAA products, recommend coverage with internal teams, and maintain current industry knowledge. The role suits an organized problem solver who remains calm while balancing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recommend insurance products matching customers’ lives
Promote new memberships and applicable coverage options
Work with Underwriting to recommend appropriate protection
Meet sales goals through exceptional customer service
Complete training and annual licensing requirements
Requirements:
Two or more years’ sales and service experience
Level 1 Insurance license or timely licensing commitment
Autoplan Essentials completion or three-month commitment
Comfort using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and politely
