Outpatient Medical Clerical Support Associate

Support outpatient healthcare services at Humber River Health through patient processing, medical terminology, and appointment coordination at the Wilson Site. This temporary full-time position works eight-hour day shifts Monday to Sunday.
As a Clerical Support Associate, you will provide reception and customer service while maintaining patient records. The position supports outpatient clerical and communication functions, statistics collection, and appointment booking. It requires recent clerical experience, computer skills, and accurate keyboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Register patients for outpatient services
Book and edit patient appointments
Maintain patient records and process patients
Support outpatient clerical and communication functions
Log, maintain, and collect statistics
Requirements:

High school graduation or equivalent
Knowledge of medical terminology
One year recent full-time clerical experience
Computer skills and keyboarding at 40 words per minute
Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills
