Retail Buying Coordinator Mark’s
Canadian Tire Corporation
Support Mark’s buying team with retail math, Excel, and purchase order management. Coordinate accurate execution across womenswear categories and seasonal timelines.
The Purchase Coordinator, Womenswear partners with the Buyer and cross-functional teams to execute merchandising strategies. Responsibilities span vendor and internal communication, sample management, promotions, marketing, reporting, and business analysis. The role requires organized follow-up, attention to deadlines, and collaboration across product and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Track seasonal style creation, revisions, and on-time delivery
Maintain vendor and cross-functional communication through timely follow-up
Manage email correspondence and escalate concerns to the POD
Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal department business
Partner across planning, marketing, logistics, and operations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Passion for fashion, retail, and current trends
Understanding of trends relevant to the Mark’s customer
Strong Microsoft Office, oral, and written communication skills
Flexibility, urgency, detail focus, and deadline awareness
