Retail Operations Shift Lead

Lead retail operations through opening, closing, staff supervision, cash management, and customer service during an assigned shift.
The Retail Experience Lead oversees daily store operations and maintains product presentation. This position guides employees, reinforces policies, and supports sales strategies. It also serves as a knowledge resource while escalating employee issues and customer complaints to store managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store while activating alarms
Supervise staff and assist cashiers during assigned shifts
Maintain store appearance, product presentation, and front-of-house organization
Support onboarding, training, and continuous employee education
Escalate employee issues and customer complaints to managers
Requirements:
Two years of retail industry experience
High school diploma or GED required
Experience across customer service responsibilities
Cash management and security alarm familiarity
Provincial Cannabis Certification and clear criminal record
