Bilingual Sales Support Advisor

French communication and bilingual ability support this Sales Advisor role. Manage client orders, supplier checks, and follow-up with guidance from experienced colleagues.
This permanent, full-time position offers comprehensive training and support from the start. The Sales Advisor researches options for clients, confirms prices and availability, and handles requests across email, phone, and in-person channels. Customer service experience, an internship, or a relevant first job is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive orders through email, phone, and in-person contact
Research the best options for clients
Check supplier pricing and product availability
Confirm supplier lead times
Deliver service from contact through after-sales follow-up
Requirements:

Excellent French communication skills
Bilingualism considered an asset
Customer service experience or relevant early experience
Organized, curious, and proactive approach
Outlook, Teams, and Excel proficiency
Build client relationships through French communication, order coordination, supplier research, and thorough after-sales customer service.
