Transform campaign data into growth insights as a Business Analyst supporting Global Client Experience in Quebec or Montreal through hybrid work.
At iA Financial Group, you will analyze customer journeys, growth initiatives, and campaign performance. You will collaborate with Growth Hub, Analytics, Data, Salesforce Hub, Marketing, and Martech teams. Your recommendations will support decisions, performance optimization, and opportunities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce performance analyses for campaigns and customer journeys
Identify trends, opportunities, gaps, and success factors
Develop business indicators, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms
Prepare summaries and presentations for governance committees
Document needs, processes, rules, requirements, and user stories
Requirements:
Knowledge of marketing, campaigns, growth, or customer experience
Strong analytical skills and business recommendation abilities
Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis and reporting
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Intermediate English proficiency for documentation and collaboration
Bring campaign analysis, advanced Excel, and stakeholder communication skills to help iA Financial Group accelerate measurable growth.
