Build AI and machine learning teams at Fiscal.ai in Toronto through proactive sourcing, credible technical conversations, and candidate closing.
This Associate Technical Recruiter owns the complete recruiting cycle for AI, machine learning, engineering, and data positions. You will communicate Fiscal.ai's mission and technical challenges while partnering with leadership and hiring managers. The work includes defining requirements, running interview loops, and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Find passive technical talent through networks and events
Write compelling outreach and technically clear job descriptions
Define interview plans and evaluation criteria with managers
Gather feedback and drive timely hiring decisions
Build long-term pipelines across AI communities
Requirements:
Three-plus years recruiting technical candidates in-house or agency
Experience recruiting AI, machine learning, or research talent
Comfort discussing engineering and AI work credibly
Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple searches with speed and quality
Use AI recruiting expertise, thoughtful outreach, and strong judgment to help Fiscal.ai attract exceptional technical talent.
