Vendor Onboarding Specialist Brampton

Manage vendor onboarding in Brampton using SAP, advanced communication, and analytical skills within an 18 month term contract at Loblaw Companies Limited.
As Vendor Onboarding Specialist, you will onboard Merchandising Vendors across the enterprise while reporting to the Senior Manager. You will manage the Vendor Workflow application and work with Vendors and senior business colleagues. The role supports complete readiness for Loblaw business.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate vendor onboarding within established service level agreements
Manage workflow from vendor request through business readiness
Provide status updates and resolve process-related issues
Analyze anomalies and identify process improvement opportunities
Answer inquiries as the business subject matter expert
Requirements:
Post-secondary college or university education
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
SAP and user acceptance testing experience is an asset
Strong quantitative, analytical, and systems-thinking abilities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
Support Loblaw vendor readiness through SAP coordination, data analysis, communication, and organized enterprise onboarding in Brampton.
