This Senior Claim Specialist position focuses on producing high quality work across commercial and personal liability claims. You will verify coverage, evaluate loss documentation, direct investigations, and negotiate outcomes. The position also includes project management supporting Best Practices and Reserving Guidelines, plus administrative tasks as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify coverage under commercial and specialty liability forms
Assess loss documentation and claim quantum impacts
Negotiate claims and maintain effective reserves
Build business relationships with brokers and customers
Manage departmental projects supporting Best Practices
Requirements:
Two to three years of claims experience
Insurance-related education or equivalent experience
Superior customer service and negotiation skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
French proficiency is an asset
Support Chubb’s casualty operation through liability analysis, broker communication, negotiation, and disciplined claims administration.
