You will build solid borrow and intermediary relationships while collaborating with various internal teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source diverse CRE debt opportunities across various sectors
• Maintain a dynamic pipeline of market-driven opportunities
• Deepen relationships with sponsors, brokers, and developers
• Participate in structuring and underwriting loan terms
• Present investment proposals to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years’ experience in commercial real estate finance
• Proven success in closing competitive transactions
• In-depth knowledge of CRE products and markets
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
