Drive high-stakes projects as a Senior Project Leader specializing in nuclear and industrial systems. Oversee all facets of project management, from scope preparation to execution, ensuring optimal team coordination and compliance.
This role requires a dynamic project leader with expertise in nuclear systems and commercial contracting. You'll handle project phases including identification, execution, and closeout while managing conflicting priorities. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential for guiding project teams and stakeholders toward successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare scope of work documents and business case summaries
• Lead constructability reviews and project charter development
• Develop estimates, schedules, and execution plans
• Negotiate necessary approvals and permits
• Coordinate specifications, bid packages, and purchasing recommendations
Requirements:
• Valid PMP certification and project management experience
• Understanding of nuclear, HVAC, and electrical systems
• 4-year university degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with project management standards and methods
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
