You will lead projects from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clinical and operational teams. This position is ideal for leaders who are self-directed and skilled in navigating challenges in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate project plans detailing scope, budget, and resources
• Maintain continuous engagement with stakeholders and sponsors
• Drive projects through all phases of the lifecycle
• Adapt communication styles to various interest-holder groups
• Assess risks and propose timely solutions to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare
• PMP certification is an asset
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proven supervisory experience preferred
