With a strong background in circuit design, a minimum of 8 years of experience is essential to excel in this role. You’ll play a crucial part in enhancing product reliability and performance while mentoring less experienced engineers in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate analog circuit designs for various applications
• Perform simulations to guarantee compliance with design specifications
• Optimize designs focusing on power and performance metrics
• Work collaboratively across product and layout teams
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers
Requirements:
• M.A.Sc. with 8+ years or a PhD with 6+ years
• Strong background in op-amps, current mirrors, and SERDES
• Skilled in CAD tools for design and simulation
• Knowledge of reliability and layout effects is critical
• Experience with FinFET and Gate-All-Around technologies
