Industrial Millwright skills support high-speed filling, labeling, and packaging equipment at Apollo Health & Beauty Care. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery.
The Maintenance Mechanic works across processing and packaging equipment in a GMP/GDP-regulated manufacturing environment. This position handles preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, changeovers, setups, and accurate CMMS documentation. Experience with conveyors, drives, pumps, valves, control systems, and high-speed packaging machines is central to the work. Electrical systems knowledge supports replacement and repair activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and troubleshoot high-speed filling and packaging machines
Maintain conveyors, drives, pumps, valves, and control systems
Complete CMMS work orders and maintenance records accurately
Organize tools and equipment for operational readiness
Identify hazards and maintain compliant working conditions
Requirements:
Minimum three years’ relevant manufacturing experience
Hands-on filling, labeling, and packaging machine experience
Knowledge of packaging line setup, adjustment, and maintenance
Licensed Industrial Millwright, Machinist, or Welding Fabrication
Previous GMP/GDP-regulated environment experience preferred
Use industrial maintenance, CMMS documentation, and packaging-line expertise to support safe, compliant production equipment operations.
