Prototype Assembler Electrical Wiring
Rockwell Automation, Inc.
Assemble and wire prototype products onsite in Cambridge, Ontario, using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documented work instructions.
As a Prototype Assembler Level 3P, you will support prototype and production assembly across multiple product lines. You will interpret mechanical drawings, bills of material, pick lists, and electrical documentation. The work includes troubleshooting, accurate reporting, and quality-focused manufacturing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products across multiple product lines
Wire products using schematics and wiring diagrams
Troubleshoot unusual assembly and wiring issues
Report labor activities and work order progress
Support LEAN and Six Sigma activities
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience assembling industrial control panels preferred
Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions
Safe use of manual and power tools
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Bring detailed assembly, electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and documentation skills to Rockwell Automation's Cambridge manufacturing team.
