Afternoon Shift Production Supervisor
Superior Glove
Coordinate afternoon-shift staffing, operator coverage, and dip-line performance for Superior Glove’s on-site Springdale production team. Apply hands-on leadership to daily manufacturing challenges.
As Production Team Leader, you will support safe, efficient operations while maintaining product quality and employee development. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will organize assignments, lead shift meetings, and respond to quality concerns. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, from 3:30 p.m. to midnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shift assignments, attendance, staffing, and schedules
Provide operator coverage alongside Production Associates
Monitor dip-line operations and address quality concerns
Lead shift meetings and effective operational handovers
Promote procedures, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Requirements:
Three or more years’ leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution
Ability to work nights and perform hands-on production duties
Experience with production scheduling, lean manufacturing, or quality control
Strong organization, analytical, and competing-priority management skills
Forklift and required in-house equipment licensing capability
Use staffing coordination, quality monitoring, and manufacturing leadership experience to support Superior Glove’s Springdale operations.
