Customer Service Logistics Coordinator
Flex-N-Gate LLC.
Support customers and manufacturing through accurate release communication, portal monitoring, and organized shipping coordination. Shift work is required for this position.
This coordinator addresses customer issues while managing daily logistics information and dock activity. The position requires two to three years of related customer service experience in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management support dependable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Relay customer release information to manufacturing accurately
Respond to customer issues and requirements
Prepare daily load sheets and requirement listings
Monitor customer portals and shipping activities
Oversee container inventories and dock operations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Two to three years related customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Microsoft Office proficiency; previous portal experience is an asset
