As an individual contributor, you'll take ownership of the Acumatica ERP platform, ensuring its operational health and overseeing user configurations. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to enhance workflows and manage seamless integrations, while preparing for the annual upgrades that keep our systems current.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Acumatica configuration and user access management
• Enhance accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Analyze and improve procurement functionalities and workflows
• Monitor the SAP Concur integration for operational efficiency
• Document system architectures and manage upgrade governance
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Acumatica administration experience required
• Proven knowledge of SAP Concur and its integrations
• Experience in executing major Acumatica upgrades
• Familiarity with Business Events and custom report configurations
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
