Technical Manager

to support the growth of a leading international industrial company in Canada.

The role will be based in

Quebec

and combines

technical expertise with strong commercial skills .

The successful candidate will:

Provide training and technical support to installers, distributors, and architects.

Build and expand a loyal network of installers across the region.

Contribute to certifications, testing, and product quality initiatives.

Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to drive customer success.

Requirements:

Engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience.

Fluent in

English and French .

Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to inspire and engage.

Willingness to travel (approx. 30%, including initial training in Europe).

Valid driving license.

This is a

hybrid role

(home office + fieldwork, ~60% outside) with clear growth potential, including future leadership opportunities as the team expands.
