As a Print & Services Supervisor, you lead teams across print and customer service areas. You supervise production, customer-facing interactions, cash and print operations. You also support store programs, training, promotions, and lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach selling models and customer-first engagement across the store
Supervise print production and customer-facing service interactions
Execute promotions and communicate flyer items effectively
Lead cash and print areas toward goals and targets
Maintain print operational excellence and store brand standards
Requirements:

Three-plus years of retail customer service experience
Prior supervisory and coaching experience preferred
One to two years in print or graphic communications
Working knowledge of graphic design principles
Computer and printing equipment technical acumen
Bring print production, coaching, sales execution, and customer service experience to Staples as a Print & Services Supervisor.
