In this role, you'll lead initiatives that define the operations of sales and customer success teams. Managing a team of analysts, you'll handle compensation planning, competitive intelligence, and capacity logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience directly influencing revenue outcomes through analytical leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the end-to-end forecasting process for sales
• Drive the operationalization of GTM intelligence and data standards
• Facilitate compensation management and resolve conflicts on payouts
• Present essential metrics during weekly and quarterly reviews
• Conduct annual territory design and capacity assessments
Requirements:
• Over 7 years in revenue or sales operations with 2 years managing teams
• Expertise in Salesforce and essential reporting tools
• Understanding of compensation plans and territory design
• Ability to articulate data insights to executive audiences
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS environments and analytics tools
