Electrical Construction Superintendent Toronto

Lead electrical construction, commissioning, and systems completion for AtkinsRéalis in Toronto, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and rigorous safety processes.
As Electrical Superintendent, you will provide field leadership across installation, testing, acceptance, and project execution activities. The position requires electrical engineering knowledge, extensive construction experience, and strong scheduling capability. You will guide personnel and subcontractors while supporting quality, environmental, and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage integrated systems completion and commissioning activities
Supervise, mentor, coach, and train project personnel
Coordinate electrical installation and testing activities
Monitor major subcontracts, schedules, and critical dependencies
Authorize work through PTW and LOTO procedures
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Ten or more years of electrical or systems experience
Experience with PTW and LOTO safety procedures
Success leading site teams and subcontractors
Extensive construction, commissioning, scheduling, and safety experience
Bring electrical leadership, commissioning expertise, and safety discipline to AtkinsRéalis construction projects across Toronto.
