Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze clients' physical and cognitive abilities
• Create individualized plans with measurable objectives
• Execute clinical assessments and therapeutic exercises
• Conduct Occupational Health screenings for workforce suitability
• Provide client education on recovery and workplace integration
Requirements:
• Registered and in good standing with OT college
• 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License may be necessary
• Background in ergonomics or mental health rehabilitation valued
